The shopping experience is fine, the delivery reliability in my experience is excellent and the flowers and arrangements have always been fresh and beautiful. Was slightly disappointed with this order because the photo arrangement and description of the "Christmas Tree" indicated roses, evergreens, babies breath and silver ornaments. Mine had 2 roses and 4 red carnations...although it also included nice white daisies. Since it;s such a busy season, I'm not complaining -- just wanted you to know why I removed 1 star.

Ordered Bright and Merry Centerpiece regular size got a lot of evergreens 3 red roses, 2 carnations and an candle sticking our of the center. Horrible called to complain, was waiting and the phone hung up so disappointede

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
