The flowers were beautiful! My mom simply loved the Vera Wang roses! The vase was so beautifully unique! We expected that the flowers would come with a packet of food unfortunately they didn't. But overall the service was excellent! I will be using From You Flowers again!

Thank you for fully refunding my money, since the usability delays on your website cost me a couple of hours and put me past the delivery time, thus requiring an additional $2.99 to have the flowers delivered by December 23, but even with my paying that extra amount, they still were not delivered by end of day December 25. They were never delivered. I do website development and could help you! Your website allows you to make some edits before placing the order, but to change the flowers ordered, I had to re-enter all info, including addresses and card info. There was a newly required minimum in that zip code, but it didn't apply to all flower orders, but then I saw that some flowers just tacked on the minimum dollar difference, so I was being charged the higher amount for lower value flowers, so I had to change the order multiple times, requiring me to re-enter all info multiple times.

The ordering process was easy and the product was very good. The delivery time fell short of what was indicated at the time of ordering. Instead of arriving on Dec 23rd as was first indicated, it didn't arrive until Dec 26th!
The Christmas arrangement was beautiful and exactly what I ordered. The container it came in was not the same as the one on-line but it ended up being a lot prettier and nicer than the original one. My mother has reserved lots of compliments on the arrangement. I was very pleased with what was sent to her and the delivery date and time was perfect. Thank you!

Website was easy to navigate, but very unhappy with a high service fee at checkout and the product delivered was not at all what was pictured on the website. The product received had half the flowers and greenery pictured; it's worth half the price I paid.
The flower I ordered didnt look the same as pictured. It was supposed to be shaped like a Christmas tree and it was supposed to only have red roses and it had carnations. I paid for premium but it didn't look like it was premium.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
