Frustrating that delivery changes can't be viewed until the final page of check out.
While the shopping was fast n simple, the end product was a disappointment. Not only the color was different (which I would have still accepted), the presentation was totally different from the picture at the website. The end product received had more greens (leaves) than necessary. Even the purple baby breath flowers were scanty... overall presentation not up to mark.
It was a good experience. The bouquet I picked online to send to my sister for her birthday was different than what was sent to her but she loves them because they were a holiday theme.

From comparison to the pictures online, looks like my wife received the smaller package instead of the larger one. Site states the picture is the medium sized package and what we received seemed to be smaller. Had small roses and like tiny baby roses. I would of rather went to the store nearby and paid half the price or even cheaper.

The product was delivered but it was nit put together. The flowers came outside of the vase, vase wrapped separately, the teddy bear wrapped by itsekf as well. I expected for thenflower set to be put together upon delievery. The giftee did say the flowers were beautiful even though they arrived frozen due to the weather.

The flowers delivered to St. Petersburg, FL were lovely, according to the recipient. However, the flowers delivered to Richmond Hts., OH were awful. I saw the arrangement two days after they were delivered, and the two white roses were browning and shriveling, one carnation was completely shriveled up as if it was several weeks old,and the remaining four white carnations were in various stages of decay -- though the oasis in which they were planted was fully moist. The greens and ornaments in the basket were fine.
Shopping was relatively easy and delivery was on time!

The flowers were beautiful! My mom simply loved the Vera Wang roses! The vase was so beautifully unique! We expected that the flowers would come with a packet of food unfortunately they didn't. But overall the service was excellent! I will be using From You Flowers again!
