Centerpiece arrived after my selected delivery date. I did appreciate the credit but it's no use if I'm not going to use your service again. I cannot rely on my order being delivered I time.
I was told item ordered was available and would be delivered the next day. Late that afternoon I was told that the item could not be delivered until after Christmas, which it was, with a promised 50% refund of purchase price, but the late delivery was an embarrassment and an inconvenience.

I ordered a fruit basket as a Christmas gift for a family member with the delivery date of the morning of Dec. 24. It was not delivered. I checked on the status on Christmas, and was given a new delivery date of Dec 26. I checked the status on Dec 26, it was not delivered and was given a new delivery date of Dec 27. I checked the status tonight (Dec 27), and again NO delivery. I contacted the 800 number and was told she would check on the order and Dec 28 was the new "delivery date". I am extremely dissatisfied with this company. I have requested a full refund. Christmas was Monday with no gift received for that family member. I would have given 0 stars but it doesn't allow for that. Don't waste your time, like I have!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
