Flower arrangement was significantly less "full" than appeared online. Starting price was $67 with my credit yet somehow total purchase was around $90. Expected the product to appear more like what was pictured. Recipient was very pleased, but I expected more considering the price and timeliness of the order days in advance to delivery date.

I was looking for a new site to order flowers from. I have been disappointed in the past as other florists switched the type of flowers. I am hoping to be pleasantly surprised.be pleasantly surprised. So pathetic!
I was very disappointed in the look of the arrangement as my flowers were switched! I paid for and expected roses and received carnations. I let everyone know not to buy the old bait and switch. I should be compensated for the difference between the cost of roses and the cost of the carnations. This still doesn't make up for the arrangement that I received!

We were a little disappointed that the flowers could not go out today, but do understand.
Today, (Tues.) the flowers arrived on time but in a different container than pictured. I would have preferred the original container. I was warned that could happen but it did disappoint me a little. Over all, I would still recommend this florist for handling our order in an efficient, profession manner.
