I will NEVER use this company again, and will let everyone I know to do the same! I canceled 1 order & received a refund. The 2nd order was left on the recipient's porch a week late & it looked nothing like what I had ordered! Customer Service personnel were rude, and seemed to be reading from a script. Not a happy customer at all!
I requested same day delivery, was charged for same day but it was delivered the following day.
My main concern is how long the flowers will be healthy and pretty for my Sister.
If they are long lasting I'll definitely use your company and refer you to many other people

While I completely understand that shipping and handling is not a free service I feel like it should be made clear earlier in the process, not as a surprise at the last step in the process. The same thought applies to the same day delivery charge. Since the arrangements are in a separate "same day delivery" category it should be stated up front that there is a charge when a client opens that category. The same day charge along with S&H increased my order cost by 50%. I understand the cost of business and paying for (presumably) good service, but no one enjoys being ambushed. It's not the charges, it's the sequencing.
Other: The recipient of the flowers was not home n the scheduled delivery date and "From You Flowers" promptly delivered them on a second attempt the next day. Great Service.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
