Please have order delivered after 3pm or leave at neighbors. Delivery was great, The flowers were left on the front step. The quality of flowers and their presentation did not meet my expectations. It is perhaps my error as I did not pick a specific bouquet and left it up to the florist choice. In hindsight it was a bad choice on my part. I could have picked up the same bouquet at a local grocery store for a portion of the cost. Overall a poor value proposition to have usee fromyouflowers.com.

Easy ordering and great selection. Though when it arrived I was disappointed on how it looked. Way smaller than I expected. The photos are not a good representation of the actual size and quality of the product. The dozen of roses in a vase with chocolates and bear with add on balloon was very disappointing.
Very good one exception the balloons selected were not the same ones delivered... I ordered pink balloons specifically,,it wasn't noted or stated anywhere on the site that replacement would be used.,,

Ordering has always been easy on this site but for the second time I am very disappointed in the delivered product as it doesn't look like what I ordered including the ribbon as it wasn't even close to one I ordered and looks very cheap...and for the price I paid, but I feel it is the local florist that changes up the product and sends a smaller version of what is shown. Very disappointed this time.
The flowers do NOT resemble in color what was purchased. The picture on the site shows them to be lavender. The actual flowers delivered are pink. Very disappointed!

I ordered an item from the same day category in the morning around 9:30 am. There is an option to have it delivered after business hours but I didn't feel that I ordered it late enough to warrant paying for after hours delivery. I get a notification around 4:30 letting me know my order will not be delivered that day but tomorrow as soon as possible. The following day I get a call letting me know the order is being processed and will be delivered soon. I call back around noon to check the status of the order because my recipient was looking like they were going to be discharged. The order was estimated to be delivered between 2 and 3. That doesn't seem like as early as possible to me. I was very dissatisfied by the delivery. I will call out to Thor customer service however. They were personable and invested in our conversation. Long story short. Don't have high expectation for the advertised same day delivery. But their customer service is good if you do have problems.
