I was surprised of the hight shipping and handling since the delivery was from a local florist and it wasn't a holiday
I understand that substitutions may be done. The florist changed tulips for roses and the arrangement wa for my mom who doesn't care for roses. I was disappointed since this birthday I wasn't going to be with her and she has ALZ. FromyouFlowers gave me a $10 certificate.

Website very slow, and I needed to upload photo multiple times and review multiple times to place the order. Product looks great though. The package came in a box, would have preferred it to be delivered out of it, then the heart balloon I thought would have been a normal size balloon not the little balloon it was. I would have ordered multiple ones if that was the case, overall with all the hidden costs it was the same as ordering from 1800 flowers which I received better customer service, the service rep didn't even know how many characters I could use on the case so I could word it properly, thank you

Also the flowers I ordered on the site we're not the same flowers that were delivered, not one Lilly in the bunch and the whole bunch should have been all Lilly's
