Lovely flowers delivered on time perfect
I had a difficult experience Deliveries were a day late and the 3 phone calls I made to learn why my orders were not delivered ended in 2 hangups or dropped calls and then an agent who I could hardly hear because of all the talking and noise in the background. It was very frustrating.
On a positive note; the 2 arrangements were lovely.
