I sent these to a friend who is in the hospital, which is shut down to any visitors at the moment due to Covid. She was absolutely thrilled with both the flowers and the customized vase! She posted it on Facebook and everyone was raving about both the beauty of the flowers and the unique vase. Thank you for a great purchase! She really loved them!
Pros: Had the closest bouquet to my wife's bridal bouquet of any of the dozen shops (local or internet) that I checked. As easy to use as any other online check-out system.
Cons: The $15 shipping/handling fee is hidden until the very last moment, making it difficult to compare the price to other similar offers. (It also seems a tad high.)

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
