The chocolates that I purchased were made out to be more than the measly four pieces that I received. Perhaps a count of how many chocolates come in a box next time would be more prudent.

I had three items in my cart, when i went to get a fourth item the other three where somehow removed. Since my daughter then began crying. I only wound up placing one item back in cart. Didn't have time to recreate original order. When my order did arrive my wife was very pleased with it which made me happy. Although the initial ordering process was not the smoothest and a little pricey I am very happy with the end results.

Great selections though the image displayed on each, if not most of the selections doesn't described if they were Regular/Deluxe or Premium. Some has them on descriptions confirming what was added to the deluxe or premium, but it would be great to know what was the displayed image was so we know if we are actually looking at regular? Deluxe? Or premium photo?
As per actual item ordered against actial item delivered and received i was very disappointed. It didn't look nowhere near in colors as i expected. Lilac/Lavender hues are absolutely different from Magenta/Pink hues. I was so humiliated because it was for my uncle who passed away. The actual flowers described weren't exactly what were all on and there was no disclaimer about the possibility of the flowers being replaced by something else due to season or for whatever reason.
I am absolutely disappointed and to think that i ordered from CA to VA delivery. I paid $160 and i felt cheated. The banner was awfully crafted on. Just no class at all. I am sure my order fell and was assigned to a bad florist contractor.
I guess I am naive, but until the final checkout page, I thought the price shown included delivery. It was quite a shock, but I had gone through all the trouble, so I ultimately pulled the trigger despite the large increase to total. Disappointed though.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
