The pink roses were covered in brown splotchy areas. I ordered 6 dozen and they came in three boxes...they were in bad shape. Couldn't pull off enough of the damaged petals without ending up with no rose! Did not know they had to be shipped. Will make sure what a order comes locally next time. This was very disappointing.
I ordered 5 sympathy wreaths. They arrived on time and they were beautiful. Receiving the flowers comforted the bereaved family so much. I am so grateful to find the florist in the area who delivered much more than what I expected. The beautiful flowers brought so much comfort to the bereaved. Thank you for all that you have done.

I am giving you 5 stars for the time being. Your rating truly depends on how the flowers look when delivered. I took a risk and chose the option for the florist to design a sympathy arrangement for my Mom. They were gorgeous and happened to contain my Mom's favorites. It would be nice to be able to leave a comment for the florist though.
Had a mix-up with the address which was my fault but the delivery person was not very nice to my niece who received the flowers.

After placing my order, I received a notice that your florists in Birmingham, AL did not have the exact item to deliver that I had ordered online. I was pretty disappointed. However, I received a photo of the bouquet from the recipient, and it looked fine. The item I ordered (Shining Warmth Bouquet) was orange roses, yellow cremons, green poms, and a clear green glass hobnob vase. The item delivered was pink roses, yellow daisies, pink alstromeria, and a green bloom I couldn't identify in the photo. The vase was an opaque light green ceramic(?) pot. It looks lovely, but it's not what I ordered. IMHO, if you have florists who are part of your network, they should be able to deliver the items you advertise.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
