My granddaughter loved the flowers
This piece was the Zen Artistry. The picture my daughter sent did not resemble the picture. Changes were made without my consent or knowledge. They refunded my account 20%, but I believe this could have been handled better. Overall the experience was disappointing. It was very much not artistry as it looked. The substitutions were not compatible with what I paid for this premium piece.

Well, I thought I was getting a personalized vase and during the purchase process, the implication was that the picture I sent would be somehow affixed to the vase, but what my parents received was a blank vase and the picture that was supposed to be on it. I am pretty disappointed about that, but my parents said the flowers looked good.

The flowers that were delivered did not look like what I ordered
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
