I am pleased so far and hope the gift matches my expectations, but very upset that the flowers were originally sent to the wrong address and I had to call to get the order straight. That meant that the flowers were delivered a day later than planned.
I paid for the flowers for birthday gift for my sister, I placed my order because you gaurantee same day delivery, I didn't receive that. The flowers were delivered the next day and all I was compensated was my same day charge, that's ridiculous. I will never shop with the company

The experience was great. I had ordered the flowers for my aunt as a surprise. She was not home when it was delivered but the woman who brought the flowers was very kind when she called me to ask where they should be left. My aunt was thrilled when she found them. She sent me a picture and it was exactly what I had hoped she would get.

The floral arrangement was not delivered same day. I was refunded my same day fee, however I wanted it to be delivered on Friday and it was delivered on Saturday. The florist said noone was available on Friday, but the arrangement should have been left. I am very disappointed.
