The last two orders I sent were way below expectation. I am trying one more time. The order I sent to my Mom in July was nothing like what I ordered...I was extremely upset to have sent such a tacky bunch of flowers to my mom on her 84th birthday. They looked like I got them at Walmart grocery. This my last time ordering if this order is not good.
UPDATE: Arrangement was better, but still not like the photo, with delivery + same day fee. Not sure it's worth ordering online.
I am in Brazil and my sister was arriving in Miami from Australia. So I sent her a WELCOME baloon with flowers. All fast and easy and delivered on time. She arrived and was VERY HAPPY with the Beautiful Flowers! Thank you for making us happy!

I am very pleased with the delivery time. I wasn't the recipient- I'm too far away to see the product but the picture my mum (recipient) sent was not the same vessel as presented in the picture. It looked like a birch/willow-tree-trunk reproduction? I'm not sure what the quality was, she just sent me a picture. I was rather excited about the metal-appearance (it was very "me") vessel in the display. I bought the default they said, so it should have matched. She like it a lot

The flowers I ordered for my sister's 40th birthday we're not delivered on her birthday. They were delivered today the day after her birthday. They were a shotty looking arrangement and the card was wrong. I will never use your service again. I will also write reviews online discouraging other customers to use your service.
