The order was delivered after 5pm. It was my Moms birthday and she had to wait an additional 30 past the time her building closes to receive flowers. I called 3 times to ensure they get there on time and they were still late.

I've used fromyouflowers several times and unfortunately there was a situation each time...now i realize the florist that was used contributed in the oast order... missing item and delivered to the wrong place, however the company's resolution was sub-par. I was given a $20gift certificate. And somehow their pricing is terrible...for an order that was priced at $38.99, minus $20 certificate AND 30 percent off, still cost me $28...? It's that way everytime. They have a $14.99 handling charge for everything as well. Will not use them again. Competitors have better pricing and customer service. Just my opinion.
Almost no same delivery day gifts in Alamogordo, NM. Many beautiful plants are unavailable also for Alamogordo delivery. A little bit disappointing...

The tree that was delivered is beautiful, but the planter is very different from the picture in the site. It is very plain and looks cheap, should be replaced :(

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
