It seemed a bit underhanded to tack on $14.99 for handling at the end. Seems like that ought to be included in the up front pricing. That's my personal opinion, but I am also a business owner.
Pleased with the flowers and my lady is too which is what matters. Not sure if I got a premium product though. Seemed to be the deluxe version, which is a tad disappointing. Not as likely to op for the extra service if it doesn't bring something nicer than the picture (as advertised).
All in all we are pleased and she felt special which was my goal. Nonetheless a couple changes could make things even better!
