I was very upset with what I had picked out compared to what I paid and what it looked like. 2 roses 3 lilies and a bunch of leaves in a vase with a ribbon. I paid 40.00 for that? I called into ur representative and complained. I am going to send a picture into ur complaint department.i would not recommend ur website to anyone. Very disappointed

Even did the biggest option for them. The picture showed a floor lily plant that sat as tall as a lounging chair and in a big brown woven basket/planter. It looks huge compared to the tiny potted plant that was actually delivered. I did not order a table top plant. I ordered a floor plant!? Very DISAPPOINTED. I probably won't order online for an occasion like this or any occasion after this experience. It made me sad to see that sitting on a flower stand. Its best to talk an actual florists.

I have ordered from this company before and the ones I have sent flowers to was very pleased with the arrangements.
Didn't like add on fee should be noted up front. The flowers that were sent wasn't even the same as the picture. There was no blue flowers in the ones sent. Also the balloon wasn't round like picture it was square.
The flower cake was was special, not a regular bouquet of flowers.
What I wanted and thought I ordered based on the pictures was a arrangement with mostly lilacs and some roses, what was received was mostly lillies and roses with very little lilac in it. I would expect that pictures you display would be representative of what the arrangement should be like. What was received was nothing like the picture.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
