Have used your florist in the past. Right after I made my purchase, I sent an email to request a red banner for the Premium Spray on a Stand Arrangement for our Asian tradition. The email was received and acknowledged by FromYouFlowers, however, they did not honor my request. They used a light blue banner instead, and never contacted me about the change. I am disappointed, but glad they delivered the floral arrangement at 4:42 p.m. during the wake.

It was an easy purchase and simple, but my daughter didn't receive a yellow smiley face coffee mug instead they just delivered a yellow smiley face round vase; I purchased their item mainly because I wanted my daughter to get the smiley face mug because she drinks coffee each day; this was my daughter's 21st Birthday and it was partly ruined because no mug just a round vase instead and not like picture of the items on the website and I'm very upset because my daughter didn't get exactly what I paid for.
It was fast, concerned my card was denied. Nonetheless with a different card the order was submitted.

Easy to use the site, easy to order, however, even with the$20 special, you will spend almost$40, with extra charges to get the cheapest and smallest bouquet. Spend the extra$10 to handpick the arrangement.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
