I loved the first bouquet sent to my mother in law, unfortunatly it was not the smile face cup i ordered... instead she was given a chicklet. Still cute but not what ordered. Other than that she still loved the flowers. Now i am giving my mother out of state for her birthday flowers sent to her home from my kids and I. When I ordered flowers and bouquet with my discount it said I was ordering $30 flowers etc by the time e of check out it was at $48. Not sure why but glad my mother received flowers. They were beautiful she sent a photo.

Initial deliver was missing the chocolates and balloons, Florists fault. I had asked for the bouquet to be large but in fact it was delivered looking more like a handheld bouquet from a supermarket.
I emailed 'FromYouFlowers' and also called the Florist that prepared the flowers. They delivered a slightly larger bouquet (still not worth the $50) along with the chocolates and balloons.
The actual florist (Designs By Guzzardos) must not have any clue as to what too prepare when they receive a request from 'Fromyouflowers'.
Definitely not worth the money (I will go back to InterFlora in future)

Shopping is very convenient. It would be even better if I could save recipient address in my profile. Also pictures of the different levels of each choice would be very helpful.

I was initially very happy with my first 2 orders, and mostly happy with the 3rd order. But this last order has me second guessing From You Flowers. Not only was the bouquet small, despite choosing the deluxe option, it was much more expensive than I expected. The item was expected to be under $19.99, yet my total wound up being over $45 just for a simple, small arrangement. The price combined with the fact that I was underwhelmed by the results is enough to make me look elsewhere the next time I will send flowers. Its unfortunate because I really thought I had found my go-to affordable and reliable way to send flowers based on my first two orders. If they were to lower the handling fees and explain bouquet size expectations a little better, I think that might be helpful for myself and other customers. The process of ordering is easy and relatively simple, HOWEVER...BE SURE TO PROOF YOUR CARD MESSAGE BEFORE you finalize the order, every time I wrote a message, I noticed that any use of an apostrophe meant there were strange symbols inserted in my message on the final page, such as: ¢Ω. So just be careful to proof it after you've gotten to the final review page but before you complete the order. Other than that, I think there are good deals on this site and I think there are also a lot of "surprises" when you expect to spend around $30 and wind up being closer to $50 when all is said and done.
Have used this company and am quite pleased with the results. Will only use From You Flowers. I know the flowers will get to its destination fresh and on time.
I appreciated the selection of fresh flower bouquets, the website with good direction, privacy clauses.The birthday bouquet received was praised for beautiful array of colors, fluted clear glass vase, and freshness.
The use of the internet was a challenge, yet doable. It was a new experience. Telephone had always been mode of ordering 'out of town' flowers for family/ friends.
Improvements could be made in 'tracking'.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
