The picture had a square vase, which i picked because it was different. But the flowers were in a round vase. Then, the bouquet was very very small and skimpy. Didnt look like the picture at all. Not cool.

The ordering process was very easy. This is the first time ordering so I don't know what the product will be like. The delivery date was for the same day I placed the order but it came the next day. I called and spoke with a customer care person and she called the florist directly and assured me that it would be delivered the day I spoke to her. Hopefully, the person it was delivered to was pleased.
14.99 service/handling charge added at the end, also 2.99 same day delivery even though delivery is scheduled for tomorrow! Sounds like a rip-off to me!
