Efficient and easy. Only thing I noticed was there were two offers I came across - 20% off your order on one, free shipping on another. I went through the process on both and saved about $18 going with the free delivery. I was a bit surprised at the difference between the two offers (I had placed two orders)

I'm disappointed that you have informed me the service/handling just at the end of process. It's important to provide this information to the customer from the start. Now I feel the other stores were fair with me because I just put the delivery code and I could see the tax in other website stores.
Besides that, I'd like to see a list of the products that goes inside the basket that I ordered. The photo and the description are not enough to choose a good gift.

So far so good... easy simple website navigation, however I found the size of the bouquet of flowers a bit small.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
