Excellent, I just thought that it was a little bit small. The person to whom it was delivered live downstairs, so I was able to see it, before it was opened.

The website was super easy to use. When choosing the florist option there may need to be an optional note, that "the colors chosen could be different than what the picture reflects". The colors listed where coral, blues, orange, and yellow. My friend received bouquet that was hot pink, purple, and yellow. Over all, my friend loved the bouquet, and the picture was beautiful!
The pricing is a bit deceiving as it does not include delivery charges until the very end of the transaction which makes it feel on the surface anyway a bit shady. I understand there are some logistic on knowing the deliver charges but the website could/should allow the ability for you to put in you zip code and get a valid estimate of the expected delivery charges and taxes for that matter. If it wasn't for that, I would have given a 5 star rating. Other than that, I was happy with the overall experience.

Fast and convenient. My sister adores the flowers, especially that the lilies haven't opened. She is happily awaiting them. The best part is they delivered the same day, just an hour or so after I made the order. Now that's what I call GOOD SERVICE!

Ordered Flower for my Mom's 70th Birthday- They came and looked awful! They even added her least favorite flower the Lily even though I picked this arrangement because it didn't have them. It was delivered and looked horrible. Looked like they added rag weed as a filler and it was completely wilted. Emailed Customer service and this is what they sent me. I will never order again! First and Last customer!

20%, okay...appreciate that, did you even look at the pictures I sent? It looked like rag wed was added. Lily's, ( her least favorite flowers and the reason I picked this exact arrangement) were added. Ridiculous! I will never order again, and I will make sure I leave a review of your 20% ( $5.40) offer for the blunder.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
