Edited to add: I ordered flowers from Ireland (where I live) to be delivered to my friend in New York. After placing the order, I noticed I had entered part of the delivery address incorrectly (I blame autocorrect!) I emailed your customer service department and the matter was resolved immediately. My friend received the flowers the following day and was delighted with them. Thank you so much! I would not hesitate to use this company again.

I provided my phone # instead of friend receiving flowers... weather was an issue, I received 3 phone calls regarding delivery and difficulty with snow and getting stuck in her drive etc... next time I will provide the person receiving delivery # for situations like this.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
