I just wanted to reach out and say how sweet it was for you and the team to send Heather flowers. Unfortunately, she already left for her mom's funeral, but we let her know that they arrived.
On a totally different note, and at the risk of sounding kinda snobby - the flowers that were delivered look pretty droopy and wilted. You might want to reach out to the folks you ordered them from and let them know - I am sure you paid a fair amount for them and they should look nicer. And they should give you your money back.

The flowers came a day later then they were suppose to so I ended up being at the recipients house when they were delivered. Then when she opened the card our names were spelt wrong for who it was from and the flowers looked wilted. Extremely disappointed with the bouquet and it did not look upgraded like I had paid for. Will not be a return customer.
Delivery was very late in the day. She didn't really get a chance to enjoy them. Next time I will ask for an early delivery

It was easy to order but the flowers didn't look exactly like I ordered and the delivery time was LATE. Like the latest possible they anticipates they would be there. I ordered them the night prior also so I feel like the order should have been a priority

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
