The arrangent delivered was not what I ordered. A second arrangement was sent...free of charge and was not even close to what I had originally ordered. If the florist was unable to fill the order as pictured, I should have been called. I had a specific reason for my choice...including height. If the flowers had not been being sent to my Daughter (who sent me the two pictures) I would have never known.

I really loved how easy it was to use the site and the amount of options available was fantastic. The flowers were beautiful. The only thing I wish were different is the fact that the handling price is not included in the cost until you check out. I did not know what the actual price was until I went to check out and was surprised by the handling fee. It would be nice if that was shown while picking up the flowers that way you could shop for something more in your exact price range.
I saw a picture of the flowers that were delivered and they were beautiful. I think the delivery charges are quite high. That is my only criticism.

Ordered Gardenia Bonsai and was told it would have at least ONE flower on it - no flowers at all... so, for the total cost of near ninety dollars I send this flower-bare bush to my daughter-in-law ~ pretty insulting!
Will NEVER use this agency EVER again, and recommend that my friends and relatives look to a REAR FLORIST, and not fall for this Internet bogus leach,

I paid an $2.99 for my ordered to be delivered (to an office) the next day. The flowers were delivered to the office at 6pm (when offices close at 5) but LUCKILY my friend I ordered them for...was still there. Disappointed they didn't get there earlier and that they barely made it.
Service fee a bit steep.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
