Flowers were more or less what I ordered, but the arrangement varied a reasonable amount compared to the picture, but my girlfriend was happy with them so I am happy.
I dont like that i was quoted $39 and then get hit with a $16 service fee... now my $39 came out to $58, and then the flowers arrived looking NOTHING like the photo and we're more greens and filler than flowers, definitely not worth $60 I will not be back. I would have been happier canceling it and receiving a refund.

Everything turned out fine, except that I didn't see the credit redemption box on the website and didn't get it the credit (my fault). I was told by a customer service rep that it would be applied to my Visa card...now I have received a message saying it will be applied to my next order. That isn't what I was told, and isn't what I want. Please credit it to my Visa card.

The arrangent delivered was not what I ordered. A second arrangement was sent...free of charge and was not even close to what I had originally ordered. If the florist was unable to fill the order as pictured, I should have been called. I had a specific reason for my choice...including height. If the flowers had not been being sent to my Daughter (who sent me the two pictures) I would have never known.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
