I received a free delivery deal but lost the other deal so the price was essentially $2 different. I wanted to stay under $40.
My friend said the flowers were a bit brown around the edges... but the arrangement was very pretty.

Day late for sympathy delivery, and paid extra to guarantee delivery for nothing. The delivery didn't occur and the florist didn't notify fromyouflowers.com, and they were unable to reach the florist to ask why that night. When the flowers were delivered, The actual bouquet was much smaller than expected. Why pay extra for a larger size if they are not?!?

Very user friendly! However what I ordered was not even close to being 'similar' to the photo displayed. I called and the arrangement was replace but the second also fell short of what I expected. I will not use fromyouflowers again.

So far it went smoothly. I want to see what my MIL reports on the flowers before saying more.

The flowers and chocolates were a hit. However, I was not pleased with the delivery. I sent the flowers to Mrs. [x] [yz], and the delivery person gave my BIL a hard time that he needed a signature from [x] [yz], a person who is deceased! It got sorted out, but that was annoying.

Ordered a bouquet for hubby's mother's 96th birthday and paid the extra fee to ensure the delivery was ON her birthday. We received an email that the flowers (a surprise) had been delivered, so he called her to see if she liked them. They had NOT been delivered - the florist had called and said they had a problem with their truck and they would be delivered the next day. Between the fact that they lied about the flowers being delivered and the fact that the website did not tell you about the extra $14.99 charge on top of the $2.99 charge for next day delivery until the price went from $26.98 to $41.97 when you were actually paying for them in Paypal - well, won't be using this shady bunch again. Beware!

The product was poor quality, much smaller than pictured. It was also delivered a day late. Customer service was quick to provide a partial refund and respond to my concerns. I appreciate the quick response. I would not order this product again, however. I've previously bought floral arrangements through the site, and have always been pleased with those. I'll avoid gift baskets going forward.
