Same day on time delivery. Happy wife=priceless.
Almost everything was good...the vase that was pictured was not avb from the local florist, so I was asked if they could use "clear", which I indicated was OK (due to time constraints)...the arrangement was "OK", but would have been stunning if the correct vase was used...all in all, I would try one more time at least...
Very bad. Security held onto flowers for over 5 hrs and they wilted
I had unfortunately transposed two of the numbers in the address. The young delivery gal called and said she could not deliver the flowers and asked about the address. After researching and giving her the correct address she delivered the flowers. She really went out of her way to make the transaction complete. Flowers were beautiful thank you so very much.
You should always be up front about your delivery charge. That was a nasty surprise at the end, and caused me to go back and get a smaller, more affordable arrangement than my original choice.
Delivered a day late.
The flowers were not delivered on the date they were supposed to be. They were a day late which makes me sad because they were supposed to go to my friend on the anniversary of her mother's death, not the day after.
Sent to my mother-in-law. Haven't actually seen a picture so not sure how it looks compared to the picture when ordering. Ordering was easy.

I ordered DELUXE. Photos recipient sent looked very small and STANDARD grade! NOT DELUXE. Also ordered a florist prepared choice RELATED TO ONLINE CHOICE SPECIFICALLY COLORS OF PINKS, LAVENDARS IN PHOTO! Received very gawdy reds, yellows... altogether ugly! NOT for very ill 84 yr old aunt in hospital!
