Don't buy anything from here. They don't deliver on time and they never answer their phones. My boyfriend bought me the whole package for Valentine's day over $70, and it was never delivered on time. We tried calling to cancel but they put us on hold for over an hour. It finally delivered the next day late afternoon. My balloons were deflated. My flowers looked they were dying. The only thing they compensated us was $12 off our next purchase. Worst experience ever.
I paid an expedited fee for the order two days in advance to be delivered on valentines day. The order never arrived. I have great experiences with them in the past. Tracking the delivery was agonizing as there was no phone response available as you went into a phone loop. I received an email response from them and they will reschedule the delivery and provided a gift certificate. I have agreed to the the new delivery date and requested a credit to my card for the expedited fee. Once again their customer service phone is in a loop. I hope this is worked out but I am concerned about their ability to deal with major events such mother's day.
Order received is not what was ordered. I ordered 2 dozen long stem red roses in a vase. I got one dozen delivered multi colored in the wrong vase. THIS HAS ABSOLUTELY RUINED VALENTINES DAY. This is the worst experience of my life. After being on hold with their customer service line for 3 hours wed night and promised they would be delivered Thursday by 7pm it still was not delivered and i still haven't received what i paid for.

Whatever amount you pay, the flowers you receive are worth half of that! From you flowers keeps half of your money and sends an order to the florist for a smaller bouquet. When the flowers arrived, they looked horrible! Half dead! I will never order from this company again!
I ordered and paid $66 total for flowers to be delivered on Valentines Day. None were delivered. Today when I clicked on "Track your Order" it showed that delivery was still scheduled - for Yesterday! I called and it went to an automated machine prompting me to send an email to *******@fromyouflowers.com. I can't believe the authorities are not coming after these crooks.

I submitted an order, order number *******587, for flowers from your organization for Valentines Day with a stated delivery date to a business address for between 9am-5pm on February 14th, I paid for this order in full 2 day ahead of the scheduled delivery date. The day of delivery, I waiting for with my girlfriend to receive the flowers at her place of business as part of our very special Valentines Day. I wanted until well after 5pm on 2/14/2018. After we had both left the office, I receive a call from *******886, the florist at 6:11pm when my girlfriend and I were both in the car. The florist stated, "i'm on my way" to which I replied, "the moment has passed, cancel the order". He went on to say "I can deliver to another address" and I replied "No Thank you". After conferring with my girlfriend, it was decided that the florist would be called, and the flowers would be delivered to my residence, where we would be, the florist agreed and my residential address was text messaged to the florist. Again, we waiting, and nothing was delivered. This very morning the main customer service number was phoned, and an explanation was requested as to why I was lied to not once, but twice, I was offered a %50 refund by someone with a strong accent by the name of Paul, without the least bit of concern or remorse for the situation. This is unacceptable customer service, and poor service for paying customers. I, who am an executive with an Insurance Agency who employs 500 hundred people and a network of thousands of contractors, will never use your company for flowers again. Completely and utterly unacceptable.

This was the easiest transaction I've ever had when it comes to purchasing a floral arrangement online. The delivery was great, too. We didn't have to wait all day and the driver was friendly and courteous, even on a rainy Saturday afternoon.
All in all, this was a great experience. I have already recommended this to friends.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
