I placed an order for my sisters birthday a couple of days in advance to surprise her.
After placing the order I realized she was going to spend her birthday at a different location that weekend. I called customer service to make a delivery change to that address.
They were super friendly and made the change with no questions asked. I'm very happy with the service and delivery time. Above all my sister was the happiest!

This was very easy and there were a large number of great choices. Nicely done! I just received a call from my friend thanking me for the lovely flowers sent for her birthday. She was thrilled with how the flowers looked, and she commented on how nice they smelled.
The item was on sale for $49 but ended up back at $59. I presume I didnt place the order correctly but am out of time. You need to make that sale code more accessible.

I know you all can sustitute. But I ordered an arrangement that was purple and you did not even try to get close. The arrangement sent was yellow and pink or red. Disappointing. There was a special meaning behind purple. Sorry. Won't purchase from you again.

It was easy to order and I found the bouquet I wanted. Other flower dealers didn't have the carnation flowers I wanted, so I was happy to find them here. The added roses was a nice bonus. However, I did order right around Valentine's Day, so the flowers delivered to me didn't have the exact same combination shown on the site. They had to replace the pink carnations with simpler flowers, so I was a bit sad about that. It didn't look as nice anymore. But my recipient liked the flowers, so I was happy about that. Lastly, I was pleasantly surprised to have the flowers delivered early on the weekend date I chose.

Everything was delivered on time and looks good. The price is a bit high thought for what you get. Flowers are nice but don't get the tiny $5 balloon, don't get the tiny box of chocolates.
