These people regularly scam people out of their money. You will not get your product, if you do it is messed up and nothing like the picture on the website. They delivered one if two vases to the same address, they only felt like they needed to bring one. They guaranteed the other would be delivered, they lied. They claimed someone would contact me, they lied. These people are liars, scammers, and thieves. Do not fall for their legit looking website, this is not a legit business.

I understand valentines day is a difficult time for florists. However when I get a message that flowers were delivered and they weren't... I wait over an hour on customer service just to get nowhere. The customer service company can't reach the company. It's 2 hours after the delivery was scheduled. AND I paid over 20 dollars for fees, and faster delivery... I think of expect to get what I paid for.
I have had three different orders, and all three were delivered on the last stop, and the flowers were wilted. Will never use this company ever again.
While the bouquet that was purchased and intended for a birthday was beautiful, unfortunately it was never delivered. With no reason why, two days past the designated delivery date there was no bouquet, no communication why, and no solution offered until I asked for a refund. The refund was agreed, let's see if it is processed in a timely manner.
Roses arrived with brown and black tips. Petals falling off the stems. Absolutely horrible. Never seen roses this bad. Can't believe they would even ship them looking like this
I cannot believe that they would send something like this. When I contacted them, they wanted to give me $10.00 for the error. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AS THEY DO NOT HONOR WHAT THEY SELL. Maybe I should charge them for my divorce?
Terrible customer service! Ordered roses and lilies for my mother for Valentines Day. Florist sent out carnations, not 1 rose or lily! Notified customer service this is totally unacceptable and they offered 30% off. If I wanted to send my mother carnations I would of saved over 60% off my order in the first place. Do not order from this company! They do not stand behind their services and apparently hire florist that take advantage of people.
Horrible customer service do not use this company. Flowers did not shop when they were supposed and when they were contacted to find out where they were, they just said contact the shipping company.
I submitted my order monday night, they gave me an option to when I would like for it to be delivered so I set it to Thursday the 10th, 2022. Was looking at other flower sites before I settle for this because I was looking at the reviews and it seemed pretty positive. Today my flowers were supposed to be delivered out so I told my sister in law to look out, she finally massaged me back stating she didnt get anything. I got an email notification saying it was delivered. I reached out to you flower and the supervisor looked further into it stating it was never delivered. So my understanding is why send ne an email saying it was delivered when it wasnt. To patch it up they wanted to deliver it on a later date 02/16/2022 and make it look fuller than the orginal. At this rate they can go ahead do what they were suppose to do and deliver the flowers and last I just want my full money back. First time ordering from here and last.

This is a horrible service or just a joke. I ordered flowers for delivery that did not get delivered on promised day. Then was promised they would be delivered the next day. Of course no delivery was made. Beyond angry at this point now it's going on 3 days of when it should have arrived!
Horrible company. Sympathy flowers got delivered late. Not reliable at all.
What is shown in the pictures is NOT what you get. Wish I had not used them. Using companies like this is spoiling your own reputation. Be careful.

I ordered flowers for a birthday. I asked my sister in law to send a photo. The flowers are not near the representation in the website photo. I also paid $15 for a medium box of chocolates. They sent three candy bars. There were multiple attached fees too.
I wish I could attach a photo of what was advertised vs. what was sent.
I contacted customer service online. They offered a ten dollar gift certificate for more flowers. They declined a refund or to send a better flower arrangement. Do not use this company. It is a big scam.

Ordered flowers for one of our occasion, not delivered on time. The flowers are dry, no varieties. Very disappointed with their service.
I ordered flowers 2 days before my friend's birthday. I called her to see if she received them and she said no. I gave it another day and then contacted the company. They canceled my order and didn't bother to let me know. They said there was a dispute with the bank and so they canceled. My bank didn't know what they were talking about. I went with another company that 1. Didn't add extra fees at check-out and 2. Let me know that the order was on it's way.
I ordered funeral flowers for my nephews funeral and the most pathetic arrangement showed up. Nothing like what was pictured. See below for what I ordered verse what showed up. Complete rip off! - Edit - FromYouFlowers did extend a 50% credit upon receiving my complaint.
The flowers were sent to my mother for her birthday and she loved them. She loved the way they were arranged and the quality of the flowers. I am ordering more today for my mother-in-law!
I ordered birthday flowers, chocolates, and Teddy Bear for my sister in the early am hours. When flowers and items had not been ordered my wife called to check on status. We were told they were not delivered because of bad weather. I sister was on the other line on facetime with me and there was no bad weather. They made me an offer to delivery on Monday ( two days after birthday) for 50% off. This service will never be used again because of the dishonesty.

I have ordered twice from "From You Flowers", both recipients said they were beautiful and one said they were gorgeous. They both sent me a picture. The arrangements were beautiful and beautifully arranged. Also one of my orders was ordered late and my daughter received them on time for her birthday. I would also like to give a shout out to the partnering florist who made the arrangements and got them delivered very fast. Awesome job! A very satisfied customer who will continue to order my florist needs through them.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
