The arrangement we order was the deluxe and the one received was very small and very few roses and other flowers, paid to much for what was received. Not satisfied at all with the flower arrangement we received. Didn't look anything like the picture showen on the website.

Yes everything was delivered correctly I just feel for the price I paid the flower arrangement was really small could of been bigger like the picture you advertise if not you should put up a size chart showing the different arrangement sizes.

Thank you for reaching out to me. I will try to contact the florist prior to delivery. It will be difficult as I'm not going to be home at that time. That is why I placed the order over a month early. I am hoping this florist is trustworthy with the delivery since he has plenty of time to prepare for it and it's not around a holiday.
I also appreciate the gift card in my account. Again thank you and please look into the florists from the Florida and Lutherville deliveries. They should be put on notice.

I ordered a blue and white arrangement that contained lilies and picked a delivery date on Sunday. I got a call saying that the flowers were being delivered on Saturday because they are closed on Sunday and they would leave the flowers out on the porch. The arrangement had no lilies and contained peach roses. Not a good experience.

Website was easy to use

Website was easy to use. Things were labeled clearly and specific features were described well. I was not as happy when I looked at the website the next day, and discovered that the item I had purchased was also available on a "sale" page, and that I would have saved $5 if I had ordered it through that page. I called to see if FromYouflowers would refund the difference, but they only gave me $3. It's just the principle of the thing. Also, I was notified that the flowers had been delivered, but my 96-year-old recipient told me he had not received them. So much for the surprise. It took about a half an hour on the phone to get things straightened out and arrange to have the flowers delivered to the proper place. My recipient was very pleased with the flowers when they finally arrived. It just would have been nice for him to get them earlier in the day on his birthday, without the extra time and aggravation on my part to be sure he got them.

It was delivered a day earlier than I requested. It was an extremely small arrangement when I upgraded to the second level planter. The three carnations were burgundy and the huge bow was pink (like for a baby's planter). When I took the bow out the planter was really empty on that side. But I got the planter and you learn your lesson to stay with people you know and not order from the internet randomly.
