Unresponsible very non-professional
I ordered flower, baloon, tedy bear and chocolate package for my girlfriend on 13th of Februray to avoid the business of Valentines day. Besides she was leaving for a flight that takes 14 hours. So i pay extra money for expedited delivery to the hotel she stayed. I also triple checked everything including warning the reception of the hotel, checking the satatus by calling fromyouflowers. Eventhough they told me that there was no problem about delivery, she did not get it. I pay like $100 to make it perfect. I talked several times, totaly 2 hours with the company. Actually most of the time they make me wait in the line like 30 minutes. UNBELIEVABLE! At the end SHE DID NOT GET IT!
This is the most important period of all year for a flower company and you are not able to manage it. Besides, I had an arguement with my GF because of this unsuccessful delivery as I miss Valentines Day.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
