Whoever delivered the boxed flowers left the flowers against the door upside down. Both residents within the house are disabled and in wheelchairs. One is nearly deaf and the other has a hard time getting his wheelchair to the front door. I don't know if the UPS delivery person knocked on the door or rang the doorbell (as a note outside instructs); but apparently they were in too big of a hurry to ensure that the flowers were hand delivered.
I do not appreciate paying over $50 for crushed and wilted flowers. Please instruct your delivery people to take more time to ensure that the customer's flowers arrive in a good condition and not upside down.

I thought I had ordered an arrangement with a certain price but it went up at check out- possibly my error.
The vase pictured for the bouquet I ordered was blue the one delivered was clear glass. I also had hoped there would be a bit of purple statice in it as pictured; however, it did not. Regardless, my mother loved it so that is really all that matters.

The flowers were beautiful and delivered very quickly, but on one of the arrangements, the ribbon was inside the square vase rather than around it, making the water look very dirty (it was the natural colored paper ribbon). Otherwise, the flowers were gorgeous!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
