I feel that your service and handling fee is disproportionate to the cost of the product. If I were able to walk into your shop and order the same item, I wonder if delivery would cost as much. I had clicked on the name of an actual florist and ended up on your site. Next time I'll be more careful and contact the florist directly. It's always a risk ordering from afar.
The plant I ordered for a funeral service was delivered on time. A picture of the beautiful plant was sent to me by a family member and I was very pleased with the quality.

The only thing that bothers me is the fees that get added at the end. I think I am spending $50 on flowers, and at the end the cost is suddenly $80 when you add taxes and fees. It's rather shocking.

I ordered flowers for a friends birthday. I paid extra to get delivered the next day by noon. When I called at 7:30 pm because the flowers had yet to be delivered. I was told that they would only give me a 20 percent refund. When I asked to speak with a manager. The customer service representative laughed at me and hung up. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with any companies customer service. Also they failed on every level to deliver the service and goods I paid for.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
