I ordered flowers to be delivered the weekend** of Valentine's Day - not the actual Valentine's Day. I expedited the flowers to have them delivered early in the morning to my girlfriend's work (extra $5.00) as she gets off in the early afternoon. Good thing I followed up as they were estimating her delivery to be in late afternoon - 3:00pm - 6:00pm. What the hell is the expedited option for if you're only going to deliver them whenever you or your vendors damn well please... If you can't handle the times, don't make promises to your customers. I canceled the order immediately after one of your phone representatives automatically rescheduled my delivery to a random day of the week... Your company is highly unprofessional and a lie.
