Outstanding service and product! I'm in China and my friend in New Orleans unexpectedly found herself in the hospital. Choosing From You Flowers was a wise decision. Not only was the received balloon bouquet beautiful and cheered my friend no end, the online transaction was a breeze. Additionally, there was a slight delay in delivery because the balloons could not be received in the ICU. I was informed of the delay, the reason for the delay and told all efforts would be made to have them redelivered when possible. Excellent service and being so far away, it was nice to know everything was professionally taken care of. I would 100% recommend this product and company! Thank you for everything during this stressful time.

This is my second time ordering flowers for my daughter for her birthday and the floral arrangement was poor. Not satisfied and I will not purchase flowers for that area again. And I'm starting to doubt the quality of service I have been getting. NOT SATISFIED AT ALL FOR THE PRICE!
It was very easy to order and the price seemed fair. But what I saw on line for purchase and what was delivered was a sad comparison! They were still nice flowers, but the arrangement was significantly different!

The first issue that I had was that the flower where not delivered on the day that said they would be. I ordered the flowers for my wife as she was out of town for work to be delivered to her hotel. I spoke with a representative this morning named Chris that was extremely helpful and was able to get the flowers delivered today to me so that I am able to give them to my wife when she get's home. He also told me he was giving me a free upgrade due to the issue with them not being delivered to her yesterday.
The flowers arrived at my place of employment 2 hours ago and the arrangement is pitiful looking! I could have purchased a nicer arrangement at the local grocery store for half of what I paid and these are suppose to be an upgrade from what I had originally wanted? I understand that your company probably just picks a local florist and places a order by what your website had offered but I am very dissatisfied with the flowers I received. The original price of the arrangement was $39.99 before the "UPGRADE" and I feel that I received a $20 arrangement of flowers to give to my wife when she gets home this evening.
On the 16th of Feb. I ordered flowers and birthday balloons for my 5 year old grandson for next day delivery because there was no option to deliver on the birthday which was on the Feb 18th. On the 17th i received an email that my order will be delivered on the 19th and i kept emailing them check the delivery status but no body bother communicate with until i had to call on the Feb. 21st. It was very bad experience with them i wont use them again and will not recommend to use them.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
