It was easy enough to use, and I couldn't decide on which arrangement so I went with florist choice. Thinking the florist would put their best foot forward with the flowers they have available. What ended up being delivered for almost $45 is a bouquet from Kroger's $7.99 collecting in a vase. Lots of greens, and very few flowers of value. Lesson learned, to pick what flowers they use up front.

I have had a terrible experience working with from your flowers. I received an email from the company saying that they were sorry that I cancelled my order. When that was never the case.
I never said that I wanted to cancel my order and have now been made aware that my order, originally schedule to be delivered on the 15th (you can check the receipt it does present the same information) is now going to arrive on the 20th. Furthermore, I did originally put a delivery address that was not valid. However, the day after ordering these flowers I not only sent an email giving the order number and correct email address but also called your company to make sure the correct address was put in by one of your phone operators. I was told that my order should arrive on the 16th then. Now I receive this email from your company saying that my order was canceled. I also received a voicemail which I could not understand in the slightest. I then called your company and got in touch with yet another phone operator and she said that my order was not canceled but was to be delivered on the 20th. This makes me frustrated because I did pay extra for my parents to receive this package on the 15th. The mixed information that I receive from your company is very unprofessional and quite confusing. Today, my mother and father received the flowers that I paid $60 dollars for. The online picture of the bouquet was gorgeous and I could not wait for them to see them. When they send me pictures of what they received my heart dropped. It looked like flowers that I could get at a low quality grocery store for ten maybe even five dollars. Unfortunately, this is the second negative incident I have had with from you flowers. For one of the flower bouquets I ordered from the past never got delivered to my sister on her birthday. I called the company when this happened and was told that he bouquet was out for delivery, but it never came.
For a premium basket, it was much smaller than I expected
Very polite they called to make sure someone would be home, I specifically wasn't but someone else was. They called once it was delivered and confirmed that the delivery was made by someone at the house. Very good service and got it done within a couple hours of my order.

Totally misleading. I googled and your site said, "$19.99 flowers." That was a lie. Then I chose the bouquet that was $23.99, not $29.99. The site told me I got a google discount to make my purchase $23.99, but showed the $23.99 as a choice before discount, and $29.99 as a premium choice. Then we got whacked $14.99 for shipping, but offered a rebate of $15 if we sign up for freeshipping.com, which will charge our credit card $12.97 every month. So, I'm supposed to believe I saved $6.00 on an order from "$19.99 flowers" that actually cost me $38.98. That's egregious misrepresentation.
Professionally and courteously speaking, the price was no more competitive than any other florist. I like that I rec'd confirmation of delivery. Just tell the truth about the pricing. I wouldn't have been disappointed at all if you hadn't said they'd be $19.99 to begin with. Lying is not the way to get customers.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
