I typically have been happy with your bouquets - I hope I am today - this one is for my boss. I received an e-mail that there would be substitutions because all of the flowers in the original bouquet were not available. That made me very nervous. The girl that I got the bouquet for sent me a picture of it though and it was beautiful. I was extremely happy with my purchase!

This website is a lot easier to navigate compared to another big name floral delivery service. Great choices at great prices! My mom loved her flower arrangement! It was delivered on time as well.

I would add a place for comments as far as the delivery section goes. The handling fees should already be included in the costs of the flowers and maybe in parenthesis it can be noted that this includes handling fees. I was very disappointed in the fact that the flowers were not delivered the same day. While I was refunded the fee paid for same day delivery it doesn't correct the fact they were not delivered the same day. I am also extremely disappointed in the way the arrangement came out. I paid extra for the "deluxe" and what was received was even less than what a regular should have been. I paid almost $70.00 for that? Extremely disappointed overall. Will never use this company again.
Now, will just see if they get delivered and if they look as good as the picture. Recipient will let us know.
The recipient received them right on time and I have been told they are BEAUTIFUL. So, I'll certainly order from you when needed, in the future.
It was only right as I was checking out that a mysterious $14.99 handling fee was added and the only way I could find out more about this was starting all over or canceling the order. What is that about and why wasn't that disclosed earlier in the order? That nearly doubled the cost of my order. Also, I have seen the flowers that were delivered and they are not as represented on the website in terms of colors or types. Rather disappointed. :(
Online was fast and easy. I wanted same day delivery that said it could be accomplished but then revived an email a few hours later saying that they couldn't make the same day so it would be delivered the next day. They did refund the same day fee.
