It was very easy to order, but the order was not correct. I ordered the "Be Happy Bouquet" especially for the "Smiley Face" container. When delivered the flowers were in a clear vase. I was very disappointed as the container was the main reason I ordered from you! Won't order again.

I'm so disgusted in this plant I ordered. It's supposed to be a "Blossoming Abundance Gardenia Bonsai". No Gardenia's on it whatsoever. Not even the beginning of a bud. I'll chalk that up to maybe they aren't in season yet? It was delivered on time. However, this plant came in a box! It was supposed to be delivered to a sweet lady I work with that just lost her brother. I'm so glad I was working when the delivery notice came, so I could intercept it before she saw it and realized she had to put it together herself. When ordering flowers/plants/arrangements, you do it with the intent of everything being put together when the recipient lays eyes on it. The card that fromyouflowers.com was supposed to type up had jibberish on the bottom of it, so it was pointless to even give it to her. It was ugly! This plant is small for being one of the "BIGGER" arrangements and not worth $87.98. NEVER AGAIN!

The bouquet looked almost like the picture except the pink roses were white and the wax flowers were something else but the color was correct. This arrangement was much better than last years as my daughter is allergic to lillies and thats what was sent. Thank you
