Don't appreciate a forced comment
I ordered the same day delivery but it didn't happen the same day and was delivered the next day. I think if same day delivery is not possible, there should be some kind of warning when the order is placed.
Customer service was good. I got the same day delivery charge refunded.
I appreciate the fact that you gave me free shipping HOWEVER I did NOT appreciate that I am locked into a more expensive floral arrangement,,, your site upgraded my order and I could not change it - and I am trying to figure out how the tax is apporx. 14.5% when tax in Chicago is not that high.
