The flowers looked nice. Small blooms though made it look sparce. Also 10.00$ for the chocolate was pricey for what is given. My last order for my moms b-day was a smile cup with balloon was a much better full flower piece for less than I paid for this one. The delivery people were very good and nice great guys! I will shop again here. Thank you.

Also the flowers were for my sister for her birthday on the 22nd and it was supposed to be a surprise but she got a phone call from FedEx saying that her order would be delayed one day because of weather so then she called me and asked me if I knew anything about it and I had to tell her that I ordered her flowers and then I called FedEx and they said yeah they would be coming the next day and then an hour later my sister called me and said they arrived so I don't know what that was all about but it was a lot of confusion for nothing and the surprise was kind of ruined
There was an issue with my order yesterday. I am giving your company a second chance to make this right.

The roses arrived wilted, frozen and basically dead. So disappointed. Wasted money. Will order directly from a florist locally.
I ordered flowers to surprise my girlfriend, they arrived on time, and they were lush and beautiful just as seen in the photos, however I did find the price very steep with more hidden fees than initially anticipated, therefore I ended up paying much more than I expected, but she did enjoy the flowers!

Odered one day at 1:00pm for a 30th birthday delivery within 4 hrs as stated in there ad. Flowers were never delivered. Call cust service, they could not get ahold of the local florist. They put the order in again to another florist ( a day later). Local florist took till the next day around 4:00 before actually delivering. This online company did try to help but they need to get reliable florist. Not a happy customer
