The flowers were of poor quality
I was extremely disappointed with the late delivery. The flowers were very droopy, some petals were torn, over bloomed and weak stems. They were not fresh cut flowers. I would like to receive my refund due to the poorest quality flowers.
1)I wasn't aware of additional 15$ delivery price
2)It's difficult to write addresses if the senders does not live in the USA.
Ordering was easy. The hardest part was choosing from all the beautiful choices!
The site allowed me to place a same day order and then informed me about 1.5 hrs later that they were unable to deliver the order that day. In fairness, I placed the order at approximately 3pm on President's Day. I would have expected that if it was ordered too late in the day the site would not have accepted the order. I did appreciate customer service informing me about the delay and responding to my request to deliver in the afternoon the next day and for letting me know that it was delivered. My granddaughter said the flowers were pretty and they smelled good so that's what counts.

Although you didn't make 'same day', you did advise me of that and compensate me for such. The quality of the product was first class. Would be nice to know 'total' cost prior to putting in credit card information. Only at the end do you see service fees.

My mother said she has never seen roses so beautiful. She has an uncanny knack for keeping flowers longer than anyone I know. I will be providing additional feedback on how long they last - their overall quality. I am hoping she still says they are beautiful in 10 days because i would like to send them to her sister.
