My daughter purchased flowers for me over a week ago & they're still not delivered. When she asked for a refund, they said they'd refund 30% of her charge. They do not keep their word of 100% refund if not satisfied. How can she be satisfied when they took her money but did not deliver? Don't let this happen to you. Only rated a 1 since no stars wasn't an option.
This was SO easy!
If I could give zero stars I would. I spent hours looking for the perfect flowers to send. I choose the wild rainbow flowers. My friend instead received some yellow roses mixed with other flowers. Nothing even close to the photo or description. They were delivered at 9:31pm.
Was skeptical based on some on line reviews but went ahead anyway. On line ordering was easy. There was an unexpected shipping and handling fee of $14.99 at check out, with that being said, they overall price was still less than competitors. Flowers arrived as described and on time. Would use again.
This was the biggest rip off, paid for an extremely large candy basket, don't believe they had 15.00 worth of product in the basket, and nothing that was in the picture. Will go back to sending gift cards cannot trust what you see on the internet. Not worth the 90.00 spent. Never again
Everything was awesome except the surprise service fee at the end. I should have been made aware of that from the beginning. The website should not allow me to order flowers that are out of season. I chose your website because it was the only one that would allow me to order sunflowers. When I got the notification that they were out of season it explained why the other sites told me they weren't available.

Really disappointed in that, if I needed to pay full price for some really great, good looking flowers I would have. Ordered long stemed roses and received a small vase.
