Well... In the picture I thought what was shown was much nicer than what was received. In the picture it at least shows 4 roses and looks like they only put 3 in there.
I thought I paid for the delux so I thought ot might look fuller.

Flowers were ordered in advance for a friend who was going to be mourning her 4th year without her father. Received an email around 3:00pm to say they would not be delivered that day. They were delivered a day late and pretty much a moot point - her father did not die 2/24. He passed 2/23. Very disappointing and I will not ever recommend this site to anyone else.
