The flowers were delivered a day late. I received an email stating that they could not be delivered same day but I was not offered the option to cancel. The flowers that arrived did not include daisies which is the ONLY reason I picked that particular arrangement. Normally I am very happy with orders from this site but not this time. Now I am hoping I get the refund I am due. Maybe it's just the particular florist in Ft Myers.

My daughter sent me a picture of the bouquet that I ordered. It looks NOTHING like it did in the picture. Not only that, I had no idea that it would be delivered in a friggin' box to her and not consigned thru a florist in her town and delivered in the special vase I ordered (for more money). The arrangement was much smaller than shown in the picture. Very, very disappointed.
