The deciding factor as to if I use this site again will be how the flowers look upon delivery. Easy to use this site, however. Find flowers to be delivered to be expensive. But this applies to all sites for flowers.

The flowers where lovely!
It was easy to order but prices popped up and I was unable to see them until check out. This was very disturbing to me. I may have chosen another florets if I had known about all the hidden costs. I felt that I was tricked.
So far OK. Hope she likes the flowers. My Aunt loved the flowers. I had an easy experience ordering them for her from your web site.
The flowers I ordered were the premium version, the highest priced, but the bouquet at the funeral home looked more like the economy version. The flowers were nice, but they're weren't as many flowers, so the bouquet wasn't as full as the premium version pictured, so I don't think the bouquet was worth the money--$80 with delivery, tax, etc. I could have made up a bouquet myself and delivered it for $30 and it would have been just as pretty.
This was a much easier way to order my flowers. Got what I wanted but it had no blooms or promise of any.
It was just a little green ball. I was ashamed of it.

The vase didn't match the picture, and I paid for the deluxe one, so I was slightly upset.
My family in Tucson, AZ received the order I sent from MN and the colors were wrong...so different from what I ordered for the passing of my Navy Uncle. I wanted blue and white and ordered flowers called Cleared BLUE Skies. It came in purple and white. Called customer service and didn't get any help so sent a very scathing email to the company and the individual I spoke to was very courteous and helpful and tried to have the order redone at no cost to me. Unfortunately the second attempt received the same purple and white flowers. My grieving family asked for me to stop trying as it wasn't worth the effort and would only upset my mother so I did. It wasn't about the money spent on the flowers to me...it was trying to honor a Navy Vet with the colors from his time in the service. I very much appreciated the effort to have the correct flowers sent...it just wasn't meant to be.
Item delivered was not exactly what was in the picture. The basket should have been full size candy. Received cookies and the candy bars seem smaller from the picture I received. The balloon selected was "Thinking of you". Instead the balloon read "You're So Special". I guess that's close enough. I'm sure what the recipient received is all the delivery company has to offer.
Apparently the flower delivery did not go smoothly and they almost did not get the flowers this time. Makes me hesitant to use the service again

The delivery that I received looked NOTHING like the photo. I paid for the larger size and I am very disappointed in what I got. There are only a few plants...the glass vase is not full at all. This plant was for a funeral and I am honestly embarrassed to take this to the church. I would have been happy with more plant volume. The picture shows a full basket. I paid the extra amount and I still got less. This is horrible.

We thought for the amount of money we spent we thought the arrangement would be larger. It was very pretty, though.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
