We thought for the amount of money we spent we thought the arrangement would be larger. It was very pretty, though.
Unaware of delivery large handling charges before purchase unfair add-on fee after payment was made with charge card number given
It is wonderful to have a reliable place to buy flowers and have them delivered to loved ones, knowing that place always will do a very wonderful job!
I ordered a plant garden for a dear aunt's funeral. The flowers arrived on time and were beautiful. Would definitely order again.
Beautiful arrangements! Great prices!
The flowers showers up in an impressively timely manner!
Always amazing flowers.
Flowers delivered on time. Ordered from UK a bit of creativity filling out the on line order as it's USA format but got there in the end. I received a photo of the flowers for the new mum of a baby boy and was really impressed with the design. Costs a bit more for orders from UK but assume it's some sort of taxes issue. Will use again if needed.
I would order again. Definitely recommend using a promo code if you have one. The arrangement was beautiful.
Awesome and Super efficient!
Thank you.
It was quick and easy and will use again.
I had to google around to find best coupon code offer...but found one that saved me ten dollars eventually! Would rather that have been the one offered first. But my friend just called and she loves the flowers and that's what's important.
It was not very clear how to enter the recipient's address: if no address had been entered in the address book--or if the customer has no account--only the zip code can be entered.
I liked the fact that the note accompanying the bouquet was handwritten.
PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING FLOWERS. My dear friend was at a hospice center in another state as her mother was dying. I wanted her to know she was being thought of during this very difficult time. I decided to send her flowers. Since I had no idea which florist to use in Nashville, I opted to use an online service that would use a local florist. Big mistake. When you get on the website for From You Flowers, it clearly advertises Same Day delivery (if ordered by 3:00). It was 40 min too late for an order to be considered for same day delivery, but I placed an order to be delivered the following day. After you place your order, suddenly there are hidden fees attached to your bill. There was a previously unmentioned $15 service/delivery fee that appeared in the final charges. There was also an unmentioned $3 same day/weekend delivery fee attached to my bill. It was optional. I opted out of the $5 guaranteed morning delivery fee. You can catch my drift. Suddenly the very reasonably priced $29.99 bouquet became a $57.99 expense. I kept the additional $3 delivery charge hoping to ensure that my bouquet would be delivered in a timely fashion to the hospice center. Our card and the address clearly stated it was going to hospice. I placed the order on Monday afternoon at 3:43 pm. to be delivered on Tuesday. At 3:00 Tuesday, I had not heard from my friend or the floral company. It states that it delivers up until 5:00. At 5:00, I received notice that it was delayed and would be delivered the following day (Wed). My friends mother by this time had become unresponsive and was on heavy morphine. I phoned FYF and told them the order needed to be delivered on the day it was promised. The representative did apologize for the inconvenience, but that the floral company only had a half hour left of delivery time. After going around and around, getting my whopping $3 guarantee delivery reimbursed, I gave up and told her that it needed to be delivered first thing in the morning. My friends mother passed away at 6:30 am on Wednesday. The floral arrangement had an attempted delivery at 9:00 am. Needless to say, I am disappointed, frustrated and more than a bit upset. FYF has offered to obviously take all charges off my credit card and send a complimentary bouquet (which they wanted an immediate address for...seriously?) to the funeral home. My friend has no idea she was being thought of and supported by her close friends. The flower company owes HER the apology. This bouquet wasn't being sent for a birthday or anniversary - something that was a mere inconvenience. It clearly stated hospice. It should have been a priority in the eyes of whatever local florist FYF had contracted with. My advice to anyone wanting to send a special bouquet -- CALL A LOCAL FLORIST. You are not saving any money. You will get more personalized service. (I asked to speak to a supervisor and never did get the opportunity to voice any concern to one). And you can have a far better chance of getting what you paid for. My heart breaks for my friend - not only for the loss of her mother, but for the fact that she had to endure the whole experience without knowing she had the support of her closest friends. GO LOCAL.
Wonderful! Quick and easy.

Fast and easy
Just in time great service will order again.
Hi- the roses were sold as purple, but they are not- More pink. They are for International Womens Day and the Pantone Purple color is iconic, so these are a bit off, sadly. There are 24 as sold. We ordered a day early, as the site recommended allowing 1-2 days to bloom- but they are all pretty open already. There is a lot of browning on the leaves as well on at least 70% of them.
Flowers were beautiful and with the same colors. Unfortunately, they were not the same height or length as described in the listing. The container was not similar and was much much smaller.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
Answer: I'm sorry in advance
Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
Answer: Yes I have been informed that it will be recovered due to flowers not being delivered.
Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
