I sent a separate email with details. I ordered an Orchid PLANT with Exotic Flower cuttings. What they received was cut flowers, daisies, carnations and miniature roses. It was a nice arrangement if I had ordered a traditional cut flower arrangement, but I didn't. I specifically wanted a live plant (hence, selecting from the "Plant" drop down) and specifically an Orchid - if that was not possible, a phone call (since I provided my phone number) to me explaining so and offering an alternative would have been the thing to do.
It was gift, receipts was happy. So 'm okay with this.

Still expensive, but this is a very special birthday. I know they are going out to eat here shortly hope she gets them today. I got word that she received the flowers one thing that would be nice is a confirmation when flowers have been delivered I received this survey but had no idea if flowers were received I had to call to find out

Smooth, but first time doing this. Want to see how it goes. Garden basket was not as large as I thought it was going to be for getting the premium...but it was nice.

The flowers were delivered in a timely manner. I was happy they were delivered in the morning. I sent the flowers out of state so I was not able to see them but the recepient said they were very pretty and she liked them.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
